Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 3β7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During peak seasons, store updates, or festival periods, processing may take longer.
Local Shipping (Singapore)
Orders are mailed via SingPost. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, depending on SingPostβs schedule.
International Shipping
International parcels are shipped via SingPost. Final delivery will be handled by your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, AusPost, Canada Post, La Poste).
Customs Duties & Taxes
For orders outside Singapore, customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
mellowandroses has no control over these fees and cannot estimate or refund them.
If customs fees are unpaid and the parcel is returned, any re-delivery fees will be borne by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a shipping notification will be sent to your email. Tracking updates appear once the parcel is scanned by the courier.
For international orders, you may continue tracking on your local postal website using the same tracking number.
Unclaimed or Returned Mail
Please ensure the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed mail, re-shipping fees will apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once dispatched, deliveries are handled entirely by the courier. mellowandroses cannot be held responsible for delays, customs holds, or lost mail.
