Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Wrong or Defective Item Received
Every item goes through a quality check before shipping, but if you receive:
- a wrong item
- an item that arrives damaged
Please contact us within 7 days with:
- Your order name & number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos/videos of the defect
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed or shipped.
